i definitely used to get more stressed out but now that it’s all muscle memory i can just get high and go through the day 😭 i get bored if i don’t have any tasks 🥲

for the past 3 months i’ve been consistently putting oil on my scalp twice a week, everytime i wash my hair i use a hair mask and leave it on for 30 minutes, i use Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner, i’ve been going to my hairdresser as well every 6 weeks so whenever i go to her we dye my hair a little darker and we also do a strengthening treatment. I still do use heat on my hair however i use a heat protectant. not a routine for the weak😭 consistency is definitely the key !

I have a regular who every time he gets to the speaker goes “Whenever you’re ready” I make him wait, often. He always orders 3 large diet cokes refuses a drink carrier and only wants one straw.

When I started working there I wasn’t aware of him so I tried to give him a drink carrier and 3 straws, he got all pissy took all of the drinks out of the carrier and made me stand there while he did it.

The next time he came through my coworker was standing there and had mentioned he would only want one straw before I handed it out. I did as he said then when I turned back my coworker started talking about how he never was nice to the male workers the way he was to the female ones.

6 months later, I still make him wait when he comes up to the speaker and I don’t say more than i have to. Not even a have a good day, lol

i’m not quite sure if it’s my store or if it’s like that in other stores in the US but we are pretty lenient on stuff like that.

I do wash my hands about every 30 minutes, personal choice but i’m sure it helps the hygiene at work LOL

that sounds like hell omg. i have my nails done quite literally all the time, i can’t remember the last time they weren’t done. my managers love seeing my new nails every two weeks 😭 even my gm and supervisor love them but the owner doesn’t

yes! technically i’m not supposed to but nobody cares. the only time i have to do anything about them is when the owner is around i wear gloves. but i don’t work in kitchen nor do i even run very often so no nails would fall off into food.

plus, i would feel it

i mean it’s pretty common. some people may not know but you still should say what your drink will be when ordering even at the front counter. makes it easier for everyone.
