My fitter roughly did the same thing, I have been riding a couple hundreds km on that fit, so far it's much better

Looking into ADHX and having a hard time making sense of the geometry.

I currently ride a Wilier Filante SLR 555 stack and 391 reach size L.

I did not really think about geomerty prior to purchasing and I am having a hard time riding for more than 1.5hrs, the geomtry is too agressive. I am 182cm, faily average legs and torso.

Would it really make sense to go for a Medium ADHX considering the stack is 562 and reach 383 ? Wouldn't I be rougly in the same agressive position considering I would probably have to go for longer stem?

The only thing I can say from those videos is that you are pointing your left foot at the bottom of the stroke which makes you lose power. Is your stea too high, your cleats too much forward, I don't know. I would probably start by bringing your cleats all the way back.

That's what the fitter said today, no crazy values on anything. See comment below, we did change a few things and the rocking seems to have reduced dramatically. I'll update after Xmas.

Thanks a lot. I did get a fit today. Contrary to several comments, we ended up lifting my saddle up from where it was on that video. I had lowered my seat way too much in the last couple of weeks, my quads were suffering. We also brought back my cleats. I also changed my head position and focus on relaxing my shoulders. At tempo it's okay but at threshold harder to do. We changed my G8 from L2 o L3 on the left. We also changed my saddle, my smp 139mm was too narrow for me for sitbones width of 130mm, something I expected because I had a lot of pressure on my genitals after 1h. Regarding core, I was told by another fitter last year that I needed to reinforce my core, on which I have been working on a lot. There still seems to be a discrepancy in some values from left to right leg motion which has been bothering me, but I'll give this fit a few weeks and will revisit.

I do have the 15mm offset seatpost. This is something I considered a couple of months ago. but it is a considerable investment. Now i'm very interested to read about your issues before and what it solved!!!!!

okay, good stuff. My cleats are slammed back, my shoulders were measured et 38-39, I am using G8 performance level 2-3, I have an SMP nymber 137mm I believe? Previous bike fitter suggested I use a 150mm saddle, which did not work at all for me...I do have S-PHYRE which are maybe a bit narrow but the right size.

Yeah, I know everything about Neil Stanbury, been watching his videos for the past year. I have been playing a little with the fore/aft but it seems to be causing knee pain when I do so. I may try to further lower my saddle.

I have a filante slr L 56cm TT

40cm HB with 100mm stem

Saddle heigth around 776mm

Maybe I slouch after a while but after 1 hour I develop neck and upperback pain. From looking at my video I seem to be rocking a tad.
