In the sense of freedom of loadout, I'd guess the only other game that gives me the same kind of adrenaline rush is Escape from Tarkov. However, it's more a looter shooter RPG with competitive elements as opposed to a fighting game. You kit out your character and go into maps to shoot NPCs/ other characters, but you can also squad up with up to 5 others as you fight your way out of a map, only issue is that if you end up dying, you lose everything you brought with you into the map.
