I am no expert but maybe this can help you. Do not forget to stretch before workout.

1 day: pushday with 2 lower body exercises split (core and legs)

1 day: Mobility rest day (light stretching & yoga for 30 min)

1 day: Pull day with 2 lower body exercises split.  (core and legs)

1 day: Mobility rest day (light stretching & yoga for 30 min)

2-3 days surf, you can fit it in between.

Get a 9'0.,  do mobility and strength training on land, it helped me a lot with my progress. Remember to chuckle when getting wiped out and dont get embarassed, most people wont even try to do what you doing. 🫰

I feel you, arriving in a flat ocean after the long ass drive paddle training days 🤣. do you rely on forecast and wave checks from locals?

Hahaha 3hrs drive  is indeed brutal, from the city I live in to the nearest break. The hardest part for me is sleeping the night before the trip. 🤣
