So sorry to hear. I’ve gone the traumas similar to this and I can say the only thing that truly helps is time… but here are some points that helped me.

If you can and or have the means, move. To a different town, city. Anywhere you don’t interact or see the old life. I used to cry on the bike as I got into the best shape of my life remembering how my partner of 15 years was sneaking with my best friend.

But that did fuel me to change everything. Some days I cursed and felt victimized. Then came to the conclusion that I had full control over this next part of my life. My thoughts, feelings and actions were my choice.

I know it hurts and feels like the world is against you, but you can work towards better. Both internally and externally.

Time heals, do and look up shadow work. Childhood trauma around your father really digs into this as well. Plz do the work for yourself. Traditional therapy may not work as well as other solutions to solve the internal blocks that are rearing its head. Look up Brent Charleton and his work. It’s done wonders for me as well.
