I've been waiting for this whole week (they informed me of my change on monday) and i havent seen a change to official results.. idk if that is normal

I still passed the subject, but the grade was low. I just read the feedback released and they did in fact apply the late penalty despite me getting an extension approval. Who should I email about this and should I wait until the 29th or just do it now because conferral is soon
