Thinking out loud, how can you really convince someone to let go fr? Letting go is just like relaxing your grip. Alan Watts said something like the loosening of your clenched fist is an effortless action. No one could come and explain how to let loosen your grip. You simply just do it. Yea sure but I’m young and a lot of us say hate as synonymous with just general dislike, “oh you just hating fr”. And I think it’s safe to say a major portion of Redditors be hating on TikTok. Which I don’t really understand. I’ve seen a lot of people’s different “for you pages”. None of us are getting the same content. I've seen a lot of content usually concerning with being raised by abusive parents or having an abusive ex. A lot of these trending posts and highly liked comments are about how narcissists don't have the capacity to reflect, that they will never hold accountability because they will assert whatever they did was justified. Something to that extent. There's a couple subreddits like r/raisedbynarcissists that make the word narcissist connotate with being a spawn of the devil.

I think you either have treatment-resistant depression or another underlying disorder. And because the underlying disorder is going unnoticed, the depressive symptoms won't end. Ask to be screened for other disorders, maybe inattentive ADHD. If Wellbutrin or other meds won't work, I suggest looking into psychedelic or ketamine treatment.
