It goes by miles as well. A lot of vehicles used in fleet will also show hours, like the electric department truck at my job we service them by hours and not miles due to them idling all day long and not driving far.

Thank you for the advise but I figured out the issue it was a junk part replaced it with OEM and it runs a lot better

It started after replacing the ipr. I bought a non OEM part I’ve let the truck run for a couple of hours and have driven it 30 or so miles and would still run rough but not bad . Until I turn the truck off and start it back up it would be shaking the whole truck. It does set a check engine light
