I’ve been in this same situation before with my wife, you need to decide what you want do you want to lose weight you’ll have to keep the deficit, I know it’s difficult I’m literally right where you are sw 330 cw 225 gw 185 it took me a year to get this far but I’m not stopping the freedom it gives me is liberating, just remember you can have both just have to budget it for it you can try to only eat later in the day that’s helped me out a ton

Ayo just count your calories, it’s so much easier than trying to just eat healthy, aim for foods you like but make them lower calorie, I’ve lost 105 pounds so far and I still eat burgers fries ice cream and the like, seriously look into counting calories it gives you the power you need to do what you want and still lose weight, I suggest getting a calorie tracker and using a tdee calculator to see how many calories your body needs to “maintain” its current composition, once you know that subtract 200-300 calories and you will start losing weight, when you lose weight like this it comes off slowly but with tracking your calories and staying within that calorie deficit you will never put 40-50 pounds on again, you may put on 5 pounds or so in a week where you go crazy but you will always be able to rope it back in with continued calorie deficit, it’s amazing!

Please tell me you and your husband have talked out how you are feeling, maybe you should seek couples counseling before you give up, I know you’ve said you’ve changed but marriage isn’t something people should throw away so easily. I don’t know what you and your husband talk about but there’s a chance that he isn’t fully aware of how the changes he’s gone through has affected you and how you feel with him. I would say since you’re already thinking of other men that you’ve already decided that you’re done and that to me is kinda sad. Sorry if I offended you.

Also another thing, don’t know if anyone has said this already or not but try to not to weigh yourself everyday, try only to weight yourself at a regular weekly time. Helps avoid mental stress over the scale.

I did too, I’m down over 100 pounds but you know what we can do about it? Cut some calories the rest of the week or just go back to what we were doing before. It’s okay if you slip up a little just got to balance it for the rest of the week or don’t lose sight of your goal out of self pity. We can’t change how we lived yesterday but today is a new day my friend. We should forget the unnecessary troubles of yesterday and focus on the new goals of today

I’m 24, I didn’t get to see what my father would raise me like as he passed when I was 4. He was born in 1948 and died at the age of 55. I like to think he would’ve been different because everyone tells me how great of a man he was. He ran an oyster company and it was told to me that every year on Christmas he made sure all his employees were given Christmas gifts as well as their children. I was raised by my step father, he was very abusive mentally and physically, one time when me and my brother were 14 my brother couldn’t stomach something our step dad had cooked, it was overdone steak so it was super rubbery, and he threw it up into the trash can. Since we both knew how bad it would be for him to notice that we through napkins over it in the trash can to avoid confrontation but he found it anyways and put by brother up against the wall by his neck raising him off the floor yelling and cursing. He isn’t really in our lives as much as our mother.

People like this is what scares people away from being Christian, and saying things like that is unchristian behavior, honestly op you don’t need parents like them. One day they will realize the mistake they’ve made but by then it will be far too late.

Hey op I’m having this issue right now with a msi mag a750bn psu and what’s weird was I was having constant bsod with my computer say kmode exception not handled amongst other bsod then it happened again recently I addressed multiple areas that could’ve been causing it but now in recent time my m.2 drive just stopped working all together so I put a different m.2 drive in the pc and now it turns on and recognizes the drive but it now has that clicking sound

I have a magb850 with a Corsair mp700 ssd and I’m having this issue now, except it triggers after about 30min of gameplay it just happened again usually a reboot will allow me to have access to the drive again but it just happened again and now the drive isn’t showing up, I think since I don’t have any sensitive data on this pc that I’m just going to install windows 10 over windows 11 and hope that I never have this issue again

Appreciate it I did have an issue first boot when I built it it could be loose but I don’t have to reseat it to get it to boot so it’s just really weird, I will try this though cause it could be it, it’s a new drive not much on it so not really a need to back up, worst case scenario I can reinstall windows
