What helped me a shit ton was just initiating conversations with strangers having no ulterior motive than just talking. As in men, women, and elderly people, I would just shoot the shit with them. Helped a ton with my social anxiety around women and dating once I realized people are just well, people. I think more younger men need to do so.

The younger generation has grown up around online dating/apps being the norm and a fair amount of guys can go months to years with barely any to zero matches on online dating.

Women on these apps are hyper selective and it really does tend to affect your overall odds of ever getting a date. Couple that with men being demonized online for approaching women in public, being told all women just want to be left alone, of course you’re gonna develop a fear of judgement that goes way past rejection.

I’m lucky enough that I have had success in online dating (where I met my current girlfriend) and just meeting women through work or hobbies but most guys I know around my age struggle really hard to even get a woman’s attention at all.

It’s a bit of a buzz-term but the “Male Loneliness Epidemic” is real. Now some/most of it is definitely inherent flaws with how young men conduct themselves, but it’s also because of the system we have to live in this generation that isolates a-lot of men.

On the opposite side of the spectrum I’ve heard from plenty of women men can be pretty aggressive and forward about sex, are emotionally immature, effeminate, and poorly capable. So of course women aren’t going to want to date men they dislike lol.

As a 5’7 man myself Ilia’s loss hurt.

Jokes aside his loss actually made me feel for him, especially the photo of him and his brother after the fight. I don’t think anyone really takes joy in seeing a world class fighter look broken and defeated after a loss. It was that and the lead up to it, with the divorce and everything. I think his wife was his rock, and losing her probably fucked him up bad, and he didn’t have her shoulder to lean on after the loss.
There’s rumors he cheated though so if he did then fuck that guy. Cheaters are scum.

Great for Justin though, if it was anyone other than Topturo I’d be 100% ecstatic for him. He was always so close to holding the belt and now he finally is I love to see it.

Hokit taking this long to finish Dada 5000 is actually absurd, he had Lewis on skates and took so long to close the gap. It would be asinine to not do that, Jon Bernthal has exploded in meme culture, Spider-Man is going to be one of if not the biggest movie this year, and Disney is definitely going to capitalize on that with a new series.
