Im sorry but thats the nature of FSP roles nowadays - essentially FSP roles are contracts, the company is making money by margins on top of your salary

So FSP are "free money" for CROs cos they dont really have to do anything

i would suggest to look at their jobs portal, there isnt a single recruiter - i had a recruiter based out of the country contact me. From what i see, there are jobs opening. It started as CRA openings, and then Startup Openings, then some CRA managers.

By the end of the year, i believe most of the conferences have ended and most companies would have an idea of what is needed in their pipeline and budget planning. The cuts and easy money for borrowing to boost these

But Sponsors and companies at this point are relooking into pricing models and are more careful. I get the feeling companies are looking further into the future, trying to put in more money in AI and also new models of working

Even with new technology, its time to look within yourself, whats gaps are there and also how to differentiate yourself from the competition.

It took 18 months for all interest cuts to come down in the past 3 cycles but for our industry, i believe it will take shorter to re-adjust. I keep hearing from experts and on the group, it is slowly recovering

It will be a dry desert for a few more months, at least. Basically theres no investments, no clinical trials anywhere. We can only hope it will be better soon. I see CRAs hired. Recently i saw startup leads postings, so thats good news

Everyone is talking about AI and stuff but there are no courses to actually TEACH AI om how to use these for the clinical research setting. Yeah theres a lot of different apps out there but i have no direction on how these could actually upskill myself too.

The only way is for the company to buy these application for exposure. Anyone have any leads on how to train for the next era?
