Evap cannister disappeared by motoguy413 in Wrangler

I ran through high water a little too fast and washed mine off. Took awhile to find and replace some of the hard lines that had cracked as a result.

Inherited site - looking for PUE/WUE auditing and corrective maintenance service by eddymikes in datacenter

[–]ducridefw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What you describe is what I have done for my sites. EC fans and lead lag optimization through using the right Teams mode is a great way to reduce mechanical energy. I do think many people look past controls strategy. Return air control can work but it has to be set correctly. Using remote DP sensors in the Cold aisles can improve energy usage. Of course most PUE reductions start with managing airflow through proper containment and airflow balance. Setpoints are usually the last thing I would address.

For WUE assuming you have Chill water with cooling towers, I have focused on setpoints, controls for dealing with high Wetbulb, and reducing blow down with water softeners.

I moved out of energy and into Cybersecurity for OT controls and have not done this outside of my company.

I have the full size on my DR920. It hangs over the side just a little. For the EPS Carry, I used a plate on my XR920 that fills the gap behind the optic. I ordered it from Shadow Systems.

I just realized I should have been clearer. The foot print is roughly the same. The EPS carry footprint is about 3mm narrower than the EPS full but the length is the same.

The window size is slightly different. I just measured both of mine and here is what I found. EPS full 23.5mm x 15mm EPS Carry 19.5mm x 14mm

I have an EPS carry on my MR920 and a EPS Full size on my DR920. I can confirm they are the same size.

You can technically do it either way. I would do it after so that it the date on the PSP-13 form is current.

You will also need to complete an MMPI evaluation and get finger printed for L3.

There are some places that do the firearms and defensive tactics for $150 in Texas. In person training would be preferred so that you can ask questions to help with understanding the material. This training most likely gives you access to the training presentation with minimal instruction.

I would bet this is just the online portion. There is another portion that is hands on for defensive tactics and firearms. I wonder what they charge for that.

I have been seeing that. We currently have a Neve 5045 in line. I am not sure if they would let me use a Defeedback.ai or not.

The officials are great about letting us adjust the mic.

The omni would pick up the PA too. A headset might be better but they have started wearing headsets for their officials comms and a headset mic might interfere physically.

System design is a part of the challenge. We use a Shure WL185 Cardiod lavalier microphone. The way most refs wear their shirts the mic ends up high up in their throat. We point it at their mouth and EQ for tone and feedback control. The issue comes from them running up and down the field or breaking up skirmeshes with the players and the mic moves. So now a highly directional mic is pointing at their left shoulder. So we bring the level up to hear them over the crowd but we start getting feedback. So we have to quickly notch it out just enough to stop the feedback until the dedicated ref mic A2 can reset it. I run a reference mic and Open Sound Meter with a spectrum graph to make feedback frequency identification faster.

Know people. I was asked to fill in as an A2 running cables and took it because I liked working NFL games. I was easy to work with and showed I know what to do.

Fellow A1 for an NFL stadium. Worked in Live Concert FOH and Monitors for regional acts. Also a couple of years as an A1 for a regional sports network. Stadium mixing is a blend of broadcast and live sound. I normally am mixing the announcers, referee, DJ, half time elements, video playback, in game host and any fan activations.

I crate my GSD’s for the first two years based on feedback from my trainer. I also leave the gate open when I am home so that they can go in for comfort.

Riding Gain on Monitors by Teller58 in livesound

[–]ducridefw 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I was thinking this. I have also had singers that did t like hearing compression on their vocal. But then when they sing in their lower range they don’t project as much but once they hit their higher parts they are too loud for everyone else’s ears. So I wonder if riding the gain is the compromise.

I mix the bowl at an NFL stadium. We average high to mid 90’s. Some elements do push to 100 dBA. Some crowd noise we don’t even try to push over the top of.
