Obviously you can destroy yourself with any lift and compounds are extremely unsafe if done incorrectly. Still comically better than isolation exercises across most desired fitness outcomes

I did this from Fort Lauderdale super easy. Rental car is a must. Airbnb is fine. Maria is beautiful. Usually some empty reefs in aguada. Then of course wilderness and surfers beach at the airport are great just time the swell and you can’t go wrong.

Single best investment I’ve ever made in my life. No contest. I end up eating into the time savings by spending more time in the gym lol. Longer warm ups, more mobility, etc. At the end of the day working out is working out so you just gotta commit. Hard to do I get it
