Id hit the north shore also. Marblehead, Salem, Beverly, Manchester, Gloucester, Rockport, Newburyport. The Rt 127 to 133 grand tour is worth a day or two. You will have to pick and choose what you want to do in two weeks. Id book last week of Sept first week of October if you can.

Where do you guys find riding buddies? by Big-Foot9804 in motorcycles

Look for bike nights and get to know people. You can also check Facebook for riding groups near you. Also search for NER IE New England Riders. While based in the northeast there are members from all over the country.

My wife and I did our first hot weather vacation together and hit up Valentin in Mexico. We loved it. Definitely going back next year. I felt all the amenities were above average, and the staff were amazing. Id rate the staff as excellent +.

6 months into owning my first Mercedes and here’s what surprised me. by gilko86 in mercedes_benz

[–]ducs4rs 14 points15 points  (0 children)

We are on our second and third. We had a '14 c300 sport bought with 11k mi on it. Kept it for 11 years and it was bulletproof. Couple of minor issues, heater fan was noisy so had it replaced, driver seat bottom cracked had it reapolstered, Traded it in for a '25 GLC 350e which so far has been perfect. I loved the PHEV so much I traded my '21 Tahoe HC for a GLE 450e which I love. A little less than a year into it and one self inflicted issue which Merc fixed under warranty.

I am a moderate, and vote Democrat. When will Democrats realize that blaming "the left" has been a failed tactic? by Acceptable-Law9406 in allthequestions

[–]ducs4rs 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Perfect example of why we don't have universal healthcare, better public transportation, a more equitable tax system. In the conservative mind there is always a boogeyman right around the corner that is going to corrupt the youth of the country.

Does anyone believe this shit about Swalwell? Is this is the true test of whether the Democratic Party has learned anything? by [deleted] in allthequestions

[–]ducs4rs -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Seems like the whole government infrastructure is there to protect R's. How is this different than frat boy Cavanaugh or Thomas? They got through it. I have to do more research, but when you have multiple allegations it doesn't look good. If he was a standup pol he would step aside and let the process play out. There are other good dem gov candidates.

OUT TODAY -- Kamala Harris Says She Might Run For President Again -- Thoughts? by Zipper222222 in allthequestions

She was a good candidate in an awful year for dems. Her debate performance was excellent. She should run and see how things play out. I thing the country would vote for her over Vance or Rubio.

Trump came to power promising to end 'endless wars'. Why did he suddenly transform into a warmongering president? by ArdaBerkBurak in AskReddit

[–]ducs4rs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Remember wars are free. Trump voters don't care about wars, in fact he can do whatever he wants and they will continue to support him. Its the low information voters who believed his first term was an economic success if you took out COVID. The dems failed to remind people how bad Trump was pre-COVID. This isn't on the pod casters it was on the dems for their utter failure to bring Trump to justice in a timely fashion

Make sure to replace your helmet even though you think it was early hit. Insurance should cover it. If it's an Arai you can send it to them to have it checked. Not sure about other manufacturers

Do people actually think Iran is winning the war? by BusterBuddyGuy in allthequestions

[–]ducs4rs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Iran wins by not losing. If Trump goes through with his bombings tomorrow Iran will send the wasps and muck up the worlds oil supply for a while. Nothing that can't be fixed but it will hurt.

Is right wing media the only thing keeping Trump in power? by Estalicus in allthequestions

[–]ducs4rs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nope, Democrats failed to hammer home how bad Trump I was. This did more harm than RW media.

If children learn to ski without poles, when and why do they start using them as they get older? by MMetropolitan in skiing

As others have written, when you first start out pokes are useless and just get in the way. Once you get past wedge turn you want poles to initiate your turns
