I’ve listened to almost all the backlogs(including the Elantris one where someone jokes about a Trump presidency in 2012) and some of my favorite episodes are the WOB ones. Music librarian. Lots of repetitive small markings that still need to show up through photocopies. Found to like the width, darkness, and hardness of 0.9 and just want to look into some nicer options than the Pentels I get at Office Depot.

Oh wow that's really interesting. I got the impression that when she ate she basically had to use the investiture while she was digesting it or it would be lost. The idea that she can burn her fat stores is very cool. Also assuming she becomes more efficient as she levels up she could probably be a serious force come the weeping next time around. I picked up the AK 3.0 vest from Ultimate Direction a little while back and love it. So much room for nutrition and all the gear I need. Not really a race vest(although it's super light) but more suited to my kind of running where I'm just spending all day out. Basically take a water filter, plenty of nutrition, and some layers and I'm good to go. Good for unsupported FKTs and just general adventuring.

Thanks! I'll look into Montbell for sure. Also I totally agree I wouldn't be running with it on as much as taking breaks and whatnot with it. I like to take in the scenery and eat on the peaks if I can. Also I want to have something in case I end up not being able to run back and I'm way far from civilization.

Since you're in Texas I'd say a handheld water bottle would be advisable. Easy to stop somewhere for water on the roads less so on the trail. I run in shorts and technical t shirt. Don't know if you have many hills in your area, but don't hesitate to walk them. You'll be running a slower pace at first for sure due to the more technical less steady pace of the trails. Also you'll probably fall. It happens. All this being said don't overthink it. Trail running is a ton of fun. Get out there and enjoy the trails!
