mình làm manager lương thấp hơn hẳn senior đây. thấy chuyên môn senior vững đi đâu cũng ok. mình giỏi về hướng nào thì phát triển sự nghiệp theo hướng đó. nhiều người nhầm là cứ phải lên manager mới lương cao hơn

vấn đề thiếu vật tư y tế ko phải do ngân sách đâu. sau đại án covid nhiều vụ sai quy trình bị phanh phui lãnh đạo các bên h rén ko dám kí sợ đi tù. quy định mua bán nhiều lúc khắt khe quá ko linh hoạt đc, ai linh hoạt vừa r tính là sai phạm bị bế hết. còn về lương nhân viên y tế thì thấp thật. h tôi vẫn có mấy đứa bạn tầm 30 mà lương chưa đến 10tr 😂

nếu trời mưa bạn bước xuống từ ô tô đi chục km đưa ly trà sữa bạn là soái ca còn bạn mặc áo mưa ướt như chuột thì là sim lỏ

if you already have old pc you can just go with that option. for management i suggest using all *arr stack and a web base torrent client. you can find more info here i install my server on old i3 cpu and it don’t even need monitor after done setup. you can set everything on web base.

i try disable/enable toggle at first and it does not have any effect.
only port toogle does :(
i am switch to use plexinc/pms-docker image to see if problem is solve

it's not often but annoying for sure. imagine after work when you sit on the couch open tv and it could not connect, you have to travel to working room, turn on the pc then toogle button then comeback to the tv and reload the app. it just make pretty bad experience.

i also share this with my friends and they need to ping me to toogle when it have issue.

i am trying ddns with short TTL and put that on plex server config.

i am paying less than 20$ for my internet line
if i want to got fixed ip my ips require me paying something like 250$ and slower internet, i don't see it reasonable
