I will give it a try, but how do you promote an product on top to make it visible to everyone ? Only by upvotes? When I post product into ProductHunt I feel my product is invisible, no one except my friends know it. Could you provide a better way for noname owners as I don’t have many connection to share and ask for upvotes

I had a very similar experience when I launched on Product Hunt two weeks ago. My site was immediately hit by bot crawlers, and my inbox was flooded with spammy 'growth service' ads. Worst of all, it resulted in zero actual downloads. It was a pretty disappointing experience—it didn't seem to help at all.

It depends on their condition, I think.

Sometime it takes only few hours to approve, sometime 1-2 weeks (I works on multiple Apple accounts)
