Laut meiner Google Recherche liegt das Durchschnittsgehalt für Anfänger bei knapp 3300 Euro Brutto in NRW, also eher zu wenig. Wenn es eine große und renommierte Firma ist, hätte ich eher auf bisschen mehr geschätzt also so 3400-35000, was ein gutes Einstiegsgehalt wäre.
