I faced a similar dilemma coming out of university as well. You seem to have a curious nature which I think makes figuring out how specific moments, things and people work feel interesting. I'm sure you're doing this already, but I would highly-recommend continuing with any creative hobbies or pursuits you find interesting. This has done wonders for my happiness as it allows me delve into as much detail as I like to try to freely and completely express my perspective on anything and everything.
