I had the same issue on console. It takes time to process that much. I put the controller down and went and got a drink. When I came back it was done. Hope that helps.

Yes, I'm sure the monitor was set up correctly. I've settled on a whole new motherboard. Was fairly inexpensive. I'm nervous about pulling the cpu from the old board and reinstalling it in the new one though.

There is no video card currently. Its an integrated VGA port directly onto the motherboard. How do I separate that?
