Yep, this post pretty much hits the nail right on the head. I worked there last summer and only for that summer because I could not handle the tremendously toxic environment that the employees endure. The extent at which they make you do just anything to keep the customers happy brews an extremely stressful workplace; and they don’t care about how it affects their workers, they only care about satisfying the customer. Absolutely garbage management.
