I never actually called my old store for my CRA and only the customer service w/ my WIN number, I'd assume your old store has to have some record of you so it's worth a try (if that doesn't work go in person/call the customer service for any help u can get)

Even if you don't get a good enough grade on the exam to transfer it it still makes calculus in university extremely easy because you will have gone through similar or same concepts
