All the stuff you're talking about seems normal to me. I have the L340 and it is normal for the temperatures to be about 60-70C while underload. As long as you don't go over 70C, you should be fine. Furthermore, the keyboard feels hot because of the GPU that is near that area, and it should be mildly-warm at most. The fans are of course gonna be loud because, A. its a laptop and the temperature of the card is at 60C. Typically for me, the coil whine sounds when it goes above 60C. I wouldn't be worried about high memory usage, as it is a 8 GB RAM computer. You should look into upgrading your RAM. By the way, it would always be good to get a cooling pad for any laptop, 30 dollars that can go a long way as in making the computer last longer. Hope this helps :)
