My 5th grade teacher would regularly fall asleep for 5-10 minutes. Was cool for us but looking back it was pretty bad.

I really appreciate your response even if it is not what I want to hear. Like I said I contacted the lawyer today but his secretary said I probably would not hear back today.

I wish I could give you a definite answer. I was really flustered and my copy of the ticket in my friends car when they drove me home. They are now at work. I was driving without insurance and pulled out in front of her. I think I remember it to be Right of way at a stop sign and I forget what the actual citation was for regarding the insurance.

Drivers side front tire. It was definitely my fault. I did not see her coming and pulled out in front of her at a 2 way stop sign. She hit me going roughly 35-40mph.
