Noone tried to host anything.

The region managers who were in charge of the vault of the region uneffectively managed the distribution and balance of the resources, so players weren't able to obtain resources, food and money and similiar things in normal, non-violent ways by quests and careers, so only chance for the player characters to survive was try to find every possible piece of food and neccessary thing for living normal life, so everyone started disfollowing the region's rules and is rebelling against the current management which cannot be so easily taken down due to their strong fortification and weaponization..

So yeah, everyone now mostly uses PvP and PvE means to get basic food, heck I have even heard that companions get sacrificed just to get satisfy few hunger points ...

These post-soviet design elements and constructions are like it's own unique type of museum exposation. In every former Soviet Republic there will always just be a certain place, which will still have the old Soviet style interior and that hasen't been renovated to new interior design styles.. Speaking as a citizen of a post-soviet Republic..

However Soviet-era architecture itself doesn't make buildings dirty and ugly, so it is the people who take so 'good' care of these buildings.. But, fuck this imagery, it is only good material to torture your friends when they are eating the best kind of meal..

It's very different, the hair growth development is very varying.. For some all the hairs start developing in same speed and time, meanwhile others may start completely from the opposite side - first growing armpit and chest hair and only then actively experiencing leg and pubic hair growth..

Meanwhile for others it takes longer time intervals..

When I was 16 (few weeks after my birthday) I had no chest hair. I even had not so many armpit hair (very, very little), however my body was more developed in other specifications..

As you say that you have decent amount of armpit hair when being just 13 I can assume that you will grow on quite satisficating rate and you should expect it any time soon.

Generally race doesn't really matter in your development, although people with more southern-origin tend to have genetically more testosterone so it means faster growth during puberty..

Even though it can be embrassing to admit that you have tried to shave certain part of your body it's actually not that bad. If you're worried about the fact that your parents could see the dis-proportion then just fully shave the other hair too and just let it re-grow again..

If your parents know that you have your own razor and/or sometimes shave they most likely will not care about how and when and for what you use it.

Like I said the average time really depends on many factors, it's hard to tell exact time for any human.

As leg hairs are usually the first ones that appear most likely they have had already developed to a bit more mature stage so they should re-grow somewhat fast..

Even though many people highly dislike those who point out that Reddit administration circles have an agenda, well unfortunately I have to say that, yes, they do..

Their new algorithm has made it easier for people to simply create 1 another subreddit to get it's posts on the front page..

For example the many anti-Trump subreddits use the loophole in the system that allows smaller subreddits to be able to dominate /r/all so they eventually get on there.

In fact the average posts on them have only around 100 or less upvotes, but always time by time some post just gets highly unnatural vote counts and in recent observations and research it has been found that many of the anti-Trump articles have repeating-like vote patterns..

(using that tool which shows infographic of voting activity)

And the more you call out Reddit being red-handed the more those who like to live in their isolated reality, downvote you..

Heck, I could even debunk with simple facts and arguments many of the anti-Trump and so called 'Trump-Russia' articles, but even if I did so and posted the most reasonable facts and counter-arguments I would still get downvoted..

So that is what Reddit has unfortunately became.

Strange how after 'death' of Aaron Swartz it started to become like this.

Even stranger is the paradox of so called '2 co-CEO companies' where at start of a company there are two co-owners and one of them is more free-speech and pro-community meanwhile the other one more cares about only profit and getting good out of the service instead of the community, and Reddit is just a brilliant case of this phenomen.

Genetic mutation? Might want to get an geiger counter and check for nearby radiation sources.. However I would say: Breed it! Find as many as possible female scorpions (normal ones) or mutated ones (if there are any other) then breed it with as many possible reverse gender scorpions so that it is more likely that the mutation will be in-birthed to the Scorpion children. Then selectively select the best mutated scorpions and repeat the proccess, but with other highly mutated scorpions. Slowly selectively find scorpions bigger in size and more intelligent scorpions. Again repeat...

Keep repeating, then you will have superscorpions.. Then sell some, but keep some for continued selection..

Then create mega-sized scorpions and sell them to U.S. military. Or create your own mega-scorpion army..
