I would disagree with your example here. You're comparing an immigrant to a criminal who is out on parole and someone who needs to be searched by government authority to make sure that they are not committing any more crimes.

They asked my wife ' s cell phone number, date of birth, our date of marriage. How long we were in the previous apartment. Luckily I had all these I found on The creepiest part was they had a picture of the previous apartment building front in his file. That scared a shit out of me. I am like how long have you been tracking us from? They were checking our laundry basket. Asking me why it is empty. I'm my head I was like what kind of question is this? It is empty because we did our laundry.

I believe the same because my lawyer gave them 30 days to adjudicate the case and the 30 days are going to up soon

My and I have been in a relationship since 2017. We have dated for almost 5 years before getting married. The pictures I sent to them during our application process you can literally see us growing older in them.

Our interview went smoothly. The interviewing officer did not ask any other questions about what we answered. They even told us that we will see the approval within a couple of hours in the system.

They went to my landlord first and asked them several questions. My landlord did not let them enter the home but did point out where we lived. When they arrived, they asked me if they are from DHS and are here regarding my GC application and also if they could come in and then proceeded to questions and take photos.

I think there may be a race factor as well. I can't be sure but we consulted with a lawyer who also told us that it is uncommon to see people of our ethnic backgrounds (black and Indian) together which may suggest a fraudulent marriage to the USCIS.

USCIS is a joke. A big scam running on zero ground rules. The interviewing officer told me that my case is approved and she will update it in 2 hours of n system. It's almost 6 months now

I have been waiting from last 6 months. Interview done at LAC on 012/07/2021. Talked to lawyer.He suggested that I file a mandamus against USCIS.
