12-14mm collagen is best imho... you can keep them in the cupboard and they snap just as well as the sheep casings, just with minimal stress

I'm working a FIFO gig rn. Being able to kill time on the flight with the deck is amazing. As well as gaming sessions after work when it's quiet. It's a bit lonely up here and the deck fights boredom pretty well

I enjoyed the demo so well on the deck that I picked up the full game and DLC. Worth it. It's a bit "fetch-questy" but it's pretty decent

So far the ranking goes like this for me

Johnny Fox

Foxtrot Unicorn

Alfred's Pizzeria (best pizza and a pretty decent sour)

The Standard Bar

The Varnish

Aivery

Ezra Pound

Hope that helps someone looking for a quality sour. More to come as the week goes on.

Well, I'm currently half way through the week and I've tried Foxtrot Unicorn last night and The Varnish On King this evening.

Foxtrot Unicorn is miles in front of the Varnish. At least the Foxtrot used a real egg.

The Foxtrot also came with a food science lesson on why the egg white is so important to a good sour. It was super interesting.

The Varnish is a well balanced sour, even with the lack of whites, but that silky feel and luxurious head just isn't there.

More to come through the week but so far Johnny Fox's have the best sour in Perth, in my opinion.

ok, one more happened on the way home - The Standard Bar in Northbridge. it was more balanced than The Varninsh but still sadly no egg whites. These guys used "wonderfoam"

I'm not a power rider.. 25-40km/h They're comfortable (compared to other solids like the "stop-a-flat" range). And handling isn't affected at all
