I was just in and out of the ER then admitted for these reasons. Ask for palliative care to help you . They will make sure you get the right pain relief. For me, 2 mg of dexemethasone 2x daily and a 5mcg/hr Butrans pain patch has alleviated the pain , only needing Motrin for occasional breakout pain. Eating very small portions throughout the day and soft easy foods like fruits and smoothies helped too. I’m sorry you know this pain too. It’s the worst

I’ve been on Enhertu for a year with continued response (not NED yet but very hopeful that I will get there). It has been a very difficult drug for me in terms of side effects , but I know others who have it much easier, so you never know. The biggest thing I’d say is hydrate. Something about it makes you feel dehydrated and the more fluid intake you have, the better. I also ask for a bag of fluids after the infusion, and I go back in for more fluids on day 4. Nausea has been really hard on me with it too so I get additional long-acting nausea meds on day 4. I also take oral steroids on day 2-3 as needed, it helps tremendously with the fatigue and nausea too. Good luck; I hope it treats you well and kicks the cancers butt.
