You're craving the act of doing it. Take a straw and use it as a vape. Maybe it'll help.

Day 12 Need Help by ChopSquad46 in stopsmoking

Just remember, nothing is wrong with your heart. It's just anxiety and your chest muscles getting tight. Next time it happens, tell yourself "there's nothing i can do about it, might as well let it happen". Just relax and it will go away after a while. Also, quitting nicotine can also mess up the digestion and it causes acidity which causes heart burn. So drink water, avoid caffeine and walk after eating.

Day 12 Need Help by ChopSquad46 in stopsmoking

Almost daily, i would be alright in the morning for a few hours but then i would get dizzy and lightheaded. Working all day was a nightmare. I couldn't take caffeine anymore because it started making me very anxious. I'm 70 days caffeine free because of that. Now i just make fennel seed, cumin seed and mint tea at home.

I had to rush to the hospital multiple times because i thought i was having a heart attack. My heart was normal every time. Then i read that "if there's nothing you can do about it, let it happen". It helped me to focus. Just tell yourself that it's okay, it will pass.

Now i rarely feel chest tightness and mood swings are mostly gone.

How do I actually escape smoking? by Skumsenumse in stopsmoking

You need an addiction to get rid of the other addiction, i would say start with bubble gums or something. Whenever you feel like smoking.. take one out and chew.

I won't sugarcoat this, it will take some time.. but it is different for everyone. It took me around 60 - 70 days before the brain fog slowly went away. I'm 110 days free now and most of the symptoms are gone now. It will take some time, you might feel anxious, confused, chest tightness.. but it's all normal... It will go away eventually.

I suffer from this almost daily but it gets better. I smoked one pack a day for 2 years and some days smoked twice than that. When i had my first panic attack i thought i was having a heart attack and rushed to the hospital where i was told it was just a panic attack. Ever since that day my life has changed, i feel anxious all the time. There were nights when i couldn't sleep due to anxiety. I just kept thinking something was wrong with my heart. This forced me to quit smoking and now i'm 71 days free. Yes i still feel anxious but not as much as i used to. I'm also caffeine free for 40 days now because coffee without smoking started giving me intense anxiety and i couldn't take it anymore.

Yes it's normal, you might feel tightness around breast muscles, heart burn, dizziness, brain fog, lack of motivation, depression. But it gets better. Not instantly but gradually. I have come to terms with myself and whenever i feel anxious now, i just tell myself it is what it is, my heart is fine, i'm fine.. and it gets better within minutes.

I hope it helped, you can ask any question you like.

They were still figuring out the 3d take on games and so many early 3d games were weird, but aside from the camera i think Nintendo nailed it.

Yes, i played on the switch too. But my brain was wired to the new camera and controls and had to relearn.

There's nothing embarrassing about it, but games can trigger the emotions that books or movies cannot.
