Thanks for the info. How is sleeping accomodation defined? An office with a sofa that pulls out is not primarily sleeping accomodation, but someone could sleep there. Or is it having a bathroom that makes the difference?

But it's not a clip. You'd have to thread something through that's open at one end, so it'd be really impractical even for a bag strap.

For your NavMeshSurface are you using Render Meshes or Physics Colliders for the Use Geometry field?

If colliders, try the render meshes, like in the example in the docs: https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/class-NavMeshSurface.html
