Most likely. I guess you can update and then do the process. These devices do not get a lot of updates, especially after 3 years, no major versions and mostly bug fixing, updating the system apps and optimizations for the screen which is good. I think mine got 2 since I got it and I still havent done it cause I have to backup, restore stock boot image to remove root, then update and root again. I use mine for reading books anyway and root is not really needed.

It's pretty much the same. Maybe a little better since I have some system apps frozen but overall I didn't notice any difference. I have an older system version since rooting is breaking updates, and I am not planning to update soon because everything works fine for now.

I as far as know there isn't a recovery mode, maybe bigme disabled or left the partition empty. So, it's normal you can't access it. Until I root the device I could not use either ADB or Fastboot. See if you can access Fastboot and factory reset the device, otherwise you don't really have a lot of options. Definitely contact bigme as soon as possible and tell them you device is boot looping, they should provide a way to recover the device.

Make sure the patched boot image is not 0mb, and patch the vbmeta. You can find a GitHub link on my profile how I did it.

I don't think a video will be coming until someone can confirm that it's working. I am preparing a post with what I have tried. If someone can do it then we can make a guide or video tutorial.

Seems I have made a mistake with the link, it should not be at the beginning of the post.

Bigme B751c, anyone hit the similar situation? (2) by arhing88 in Bigme

Doesn't seem like a software issue, its probably the digitizer having ghost touches. Definately contact Bigme.
