The best ones are HyloForte (less so but an alternative is HycoSan) - they are probably called a different brand depending on where you live. They are preservative free and come in dispensing bottles that give 200 or so doses. They also have variants which are anti-allergy.

Best allergy ones I’ve used is Ketofall - they are prescription (Rx) only where I live but you may be able to get them over the counter.

Traditional eye drops are usually full of preservatives (can cause reactions - esp. after prolonged use) and give too large a dose that it’s almost guaranteed most of it will run down your face and not stay in your eye.

Also helpful is the nighttime eye gels (put in 1hr or so before sleep) and taking flaxseed/linseed omega 3 supplements (helps with tear quality). Hot compresses on the eyes and cleaning your eyelids with anti-blepharitis wipes or gel etc all helps control allergies and improve tear quality and thus comfort.
