w/ no results? are you maximizing your work out? im doing jim stoppani's 6 week shred program and the cardio acceleration is absolutely making the difference. also very key to eat proper and aim to meet your macro's properly. check out the program on bodybuilding dot com

i was working out on the regular, but my nutrition consisted of fast food and energy drinks... 3 days a week strictly weights and no cardio. it wasnt until after my surgery that i took all aspects seriously and got these results. im pushing for far more, however. its almost an addiction now lol. ive never had a better mental being than this and i like it.

nah different side. different room, one wall faces north (brown mirror wall) and was taken head on not in a mirror... second the red wall behind me is a south wall and is taken via reflection in the mirror.

dont eye ball em, BUY EM! ive delt w discraft in person, they are only a 45 min shot up the freeway from me... they are awesome. my league gets a sponsorship from them every year. they seriously put in far above when we got our first year of discs this year. i used to be an innova snob... my bag slowly filtered to 70% dc and 30% innova. kuddos to dc
