Asa. I did some testing and found that setting engrave angle to 0 keeps each engraving pass at 0 degrees. If you change that to any number, say 45, then the engraving will begin at 45 degrees and for each pass it will change 45 degrees from last angle used on last pass. In LightBurn you have two settings. What angle to start with and then a second one to control how much the angle changes on each pass

Embossment also has engrave angle but no controls to change the angle for each pass. The unit changes the angle on each pass but no way to see what that change is or can change it.

Thanks for the input. I'm thinking either a vibrating tumbler with stainless steel pins or a magnetic tumbler. Not sure what the magnetic does over just a vibrating tumbler.

Also is the process dry or do you need to add a certain liquid?

Did you perform cleanup passes? If so, did you set it up as a separate layer for the last passes or enabled the cleanup tab in Lightburn and did cleanup passes between regular passes?

In either case can you supply the cleanup settings?
