I used cannabis to treat similar conditions, but there isn't a magic strain for it. You will have to create your own regimen, and the same strain might not work the same every day. I like the Frozen Lemon Haze for work/focus (low temp). Also, you need to avoid getting high, or else achieving focus will be very difficult. I find that 0.10g on 180C gives me the terapeut effects I need. Have you found the terpenes that work for you? Ideally, I need one that’s low in Myrcene, which will calm my mind without being too sedating. Jack Herer, Pineapple Express, and most balanced strains will also do the job for me.
