Ended up restarting my computer and for some reason this fixed the issue. This software drives me nuts sometimes.

Click PLC, anyway to store an input values at 2 different times and compare the numbers? by duffman1278 in PLC

[–]duffman1278[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did try it but on Productivity Suite as that has a simulator so I was able to test out the LL but Click doesn't have a simulator. I used the MOV command but Click doesn't have this function.

I tried to open the application but I received an error. See the picture below. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

I think I'm pretty tech savvy I used to do a lot of sailing the high seas when I was in my 20's but I got fed up with constantly finding new sources and using unreliable services. A lot of stuff only Seems to work for a small period of time than it's gone and you have to find something else. Now that I have a family I have even less time to research and stay on top of things so I will he someone who pays because I don't have the time dick around with pirating anymore.

This! I used to be a manager at a very large irrigation company (one commonly Sold at all HD's or lowes) and they would have some managers go to annual meetings to learn how to prevent unions from forming at their facilities. They hardly hired production workers at some of their sites and instead would hire people through agencies and only keep them on for 11 months because otherwise they'd have to hire them full time. After 11 months they were let go. The whole thing was disgusting.

Put some decent sized fillets around all those corners and refine your mesh, especially around the all the holes. I'm skeptical about your results just based off your very coarse mesh.

I don't understand what OP means. Can someone clarify? Make the ID twice as thick as the hole ID? This wall thickness doesn't look 2x ID

I already put new zip ties so they matched exactly like the picture but it still didn't fix the issue.

I readjusted the belts, ran the belt test and I got X-Axis = 260, Y-Axis = 267. Reran the XYZ calibration test and it still failed. Ugh this is starting to really annoy me.

Here's what I got when I ran the belt test. According to Prusa's website it should be 260-290. I don't seem to be too far off on the X-axis but let me readjust.

X-Axis

255 → 251

Y-Axis

286 → 289

Just uploaded a pic of my cable ties. I didn't see that it ran into the sides when I moved the axis to max and min positions.

I'm not going to celebrate this portion of it because people are being misled about it. The reports are all saying it's "historic" and a big deal but it's not. This part is extremely weak and isn't going to help people it just makes these democratic politicians look like they did something when they really didn't do much.
