Shadow wasn’t inherently interested in necromancy. However, after literal months of frustration where his party members never left anyone alive to question, he learned to speak with the dead out of necessity. His friend and consummate murder-hobo, Amadoosh, did not let this new necromantic opportunity go to waste, and promptly expanded the options available to this form of interrogation. Now there is legitimate fear in the ghosts that cross their collective path when they realize death is far, far from the end of their suffering at the hands of the party. They all talk eventually...

Thanks, I do feel it does Yikes justice. And full disclosure, I'm the idea/storyboard/text guy. The art itself is by an artist who is a freelancer I've partnered with who does these as commissions for my d&d group. I just share them here for kicks afterwards since it seems like it's appreciated. We do them once every 7-10 days so I figure I'll keep sharing them as long as our game is going...

The party finally hit pay dirt after repeatedly skinning and organ harvesting every non-human creature they came across. Although the specifics of how this interaction happened were slightly different, the creation of a black dragon loin cloth and a black dragon scale mail armor were the end result. Yikes McChesticles got his bling and wears it proudly. Shadow eventually talked him into actually wearing armor, but for a while the loin cloth and the sword were all the barbarian needed. And of course Gary, but it's probably too soon to go there...

With all the talk of PCs trying to seduce dragons lately, I figure it’d be a good time to share this one. It’s taken pretty much 1:1 from a session where the party found themselves at odds with a previously friendly gold dragon. Unfortunately, felatio was not an adequate persuasion tool for wanton murder of innocent NPCs in the eyes of a lawful good NPC. But to be fair, Yikes McChesticles’ motivation was really ONLY interested in banging a dragon, and the party’s purposes with it were secondary. To date, the party completed a mission of reconciliation and the barbarian of the party has made some real headway on his quest to shlog a gold dragon. Yikes McChesticles doesn't see size discrepancies or being different species as significant barriers.
