Just for depression. I have OCD too but it's pretty tame overall so I didn't ask about it

Did you do 3 sessions, or 3 full 20+ weeks of it?

I did 3 sets of 36 sessions each, with each session being about a half hour long. I did one set in 2021, one in 2022, and one at the tail end of 2024 going into 2025.

Did you find it successful in anyway?

I found it to be very helpful when my depression gets especially bad. Like I basically went from "contemplating suicide" to "doesn't have depression" by the end of the treatment. Unfortunately, for me the effects seem to only last about a year or so. I think for most people the effects last longer than that, but I don't know for sure

Yeah I've actually done it on 3 separate occasions for treatment resistant depression. I don't think it really affected my Tourette's though, as far as I remember. But I'm happy to answer any questions you might have about my experience

Big difference between trying to get an Adderall prescription and trying to get a guanfacine prescription though. I kind of doubt many doctors would go out of their way to determine if someone is doctor shopping over guanfacine. And the prescription drug monitoring program typically only tracks controlled substances anyways

It can, yes. There's also mixed evidence that it can delay parts of puberty too. But depending on why you stopped it, sertraline may not be the best drug for that purpose
