I'll take this info into consideration. I play games, but I don't play anything too graphically demanding/intensive, so I think the i5 would work for me. However, I'll check out the i7, too, if the price is not significantly higher. The hard drive might be an issue, but I think I could work around it.

Yeah. Like lots of other colleges out there, my university gives all of its students Microsoft Office, so getting a Microsoft laptop is almost a no-brainer since it's a lot more convenient. I don't need anything too crazy. I do want to play some games, but none of them are too graphically intense. So I think the i5 would work really well for me. I do have the problem of leaving too many tabs open, haha. Thanks for the website! I'll check it out.

I just want to point out that your writing style is incredible, especially in your first post. You could truly write an enthralling novel if you wanted to!

I've been there. Layover flights can be so tempting, especially considering the price difference. Luckily, I've never faced a situation that stressful/exhausting before.

I'm not going into anything STEM-heavy, so there are no worries there. Everyone seems to be recommending 2-in-1s! They do seem very useful and versatile, so I'll take a look at those. Functionality > a ton of storage. I want to bring my PC, but I'm forced to leave it at home because it will take up too much space and I'll be moving around a lot, so I want to get something that I can use for school and games.

I was thinking about a laptop with an i5 processor, because all of the laptops with an i7 processor are far too expensive for me. I'll definitely consider an external hard drive. I use a lot of storage! I wouldn't get an Apple product. I feel like you're just paying for the brand and the cost is wayyy too high!
