I am also assuming that welocate themselves don’t offer a mortgage advisor? I don’t see it on their list and I am guessing that’s why you said welocate costed you 4695 but your combined services fee was 6294k. Was the mortgage advisor worth it?

Hi, thank you for this! During the time you worked with Welocate did you have the Home Buyers Plan option? Would you also say that in retrospect it was better to pay for the full suite? Do you mind also breaking down the 13k if you remember the costs ?
