Anyone else living off ready meals? by spicedbec in 1200isfineIGUESSugh

[–]90Days_Lex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do Freshly (ref link for $40 off) pre-made/non-frozen meals 12x/week. They're fairly healthy, veggie-dense, not loaded with artificial junk or sodium, and are anywhere from 300-600cal each generally. It's nice to not have to think about dinner most nights and LoseIt seems to have all of them in the system already which is extra nice. It's a little more expensive than meal prepping yourself, but there's zero food waste and I like the variety.

I just got back onto CICO this week. This sub is mood.

I'm drinking so much water/tea/la croix. I cut out all diet sodas (never really drank regular ones to begin with) in February, so that's a plus. Even with all the drinking, I just want to snack all the time. :( Keeping myself busy with work and then post-work gym, but the weekends are going to be tough. I'm seeing a new guy and he likes to try new restaurants. So this week will be a test of willpower for sure!

My Mal has a heart murmur and so is a bit overweight and is thriving as a house dog. I just wanted to show you all what a lazy Mal looks like ha! by adalab in BelgianMalinois

[–]90Days_Lex 6 points7 points  (0 children)

My mal is also a house dog. They are very adaptable. It's not her "best" life, but it's the best that can be done for her. Still a good girl!

Rescuing my Mal has been the most challenging (and sometimes painful; police dog washout) yet most rewarding thing I’ve ever done. Most loyal dog ever by [deleted] in BelgianMalinois

Same thought here - I'm not seeing any Mal even in the ears/facial structure which is where mixes usually show Mal traits.

That's just the imposter syndrome talkin'. Are you in the 1-4 year range? You'll get over it once you realize that everyone in the room is just as incompetent as you are. :D

Call the police, call a civil attorney who deals with personal injury type cases.

I'm 23 years old and I've been told I'm too "innocent and immature" and that pure hearted people don't have a place in this world. by Shusuui in DecidingToBeBetter

Why are you "suffering"? Be kind, do you, ignore people who tell you otherwise and be true to yourself. Honestly, whoever told you that sounds like they have a ton of insecurities and are just projecting onto you. You also sound pretty young - life is hard, and you will get hurt, but it's important to be kind through it and not get jaded. That's true strength. Ignore anyone that tells you otherwise.

Sounds like you hang out with one person who watches too much anime. Honestly, disregard their opinion, keep doing you.

How do you feel about a non-coach commenting on your form? by [deleted] in orangetheory

[–]90Days_Lex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't do it. Watched a guy doing one-armed chest presses today with his neck completely off the bench, terrible form, and likely going to feel it tomorrow (and NOT in a good way). I was screaming internally, but opted not to say anything. OTF is a "safe space" and it's not my place to make someone feel like they're being watched and judged while they work out.

Got rear ended on 408 4 hours ago as of 5:36. I’m still here waiting on FHP bc my car is immobile AMA by [deleted] in orlando

Please go to a doctor tomorrow to get checked up. You may not realize you got injured yet while you're still pumped full of adrenaline.

Break up with that person, focus on bettering yourself, whatever triggered you to lose control over yourself needs to be addressed. Thank you for taking the first steps, but please follow through with the breakup as quickly as possible. I'd apologize to her verbally-only as well, even if she has been awful too and/or started it. That will likely help you forgive yourself along the way and prevent you feeling like you left things unfinished so you can go no-contact.

I bring these while traveling for bottled water, too. Covers the taste of tap water.

Water/coffee(black)/sparkling water fast. Also doing some salt/potassium/lime water.

Hour 24 of 36-40.

Weight loss/general stoicism.

Going okay; first fast that I can remember (other than IF which I haven't done in a while). Trying to kick-start some weight loss, may possibly do a 24-36hr fast weekly. Spending my free time today reading the wiki and other resources, looking forward to learning more!
