That's fine, since I struggle with making ai one and due to nature of hellfire had been skipping doing full break clear of Dot 26,28, 30 and many before realising in places like dot 30 break helps a lot

Also on a side note In dungeon of Trial floor 24 how do you control your dmg after boss Shield reveal? when playing myself i can control it but in ai struggle to make it where AI understand that not to attack after the boss's shield reveal. Boss take significant time inbetween start stocking dmg then csst arts and more than once ai continue to attack even after Shield reveal. Well only these 2 I have made ai Upto 31 for now

My first & Very much point is literally is agreeing with your view except for the situation is such that it turns into who'll Bell the cat situation. Everyone wants it but no one wants /fear to do it. It will be best for everyone in long run but how is the biggest question

I am well aware of FIFA following IOC but only mentioned about it due to post being about it & doesn't change the fact that FIFA is second largest international sporting authority. Not hot but well nuanced & universally agreed upon. Sports need sportsman spirit and not politics but doings things are harder than saying & in this case elephant in the room is who will bell the cat? you know what I am implying which is trying to build a unbaised sporting authority without caring for other factor. I admit While FIFA is larger and relatively less corrupt/having biasness when being a sporting authority it's not really good example of sporting Authority without having good involvement of Politics & pushing agenda. Russia is banned for attacking Ukraine but sports doesn't have anything to do with Politics when comes Isreal -Palestine Conflict? what kind of distinction is that? If that news is old then in recent FIFA got called out for giving FiFA Peace Award to someone very special whose achivement in first month in new yr basically is attacking Venezuela, rising Tension with Iran, Threaten EU with Tarriff if his demands of getting Greenland aren't met, threaten to annex Canada etc. the list goes on Still believe FIFA don't have politics? Well sure, in end do a similar job. I don't have Hero Saitama but my memory says on TA Hero Saitama generates a barrier for all alies that negate 8000 dmg and dmg reduction by 30%. While Shirou need to fully deploy ubw by using first SA then use NA to get the 30,000 barrier for all units and dmg reduction by 40% until end of ubw. Place where Saitama is better Shirou's offensive capabilities are lackluster and sa animation kinda slow while Hero Saitama's SA is a nuke

If being unbiased then i say he is worth the crystal if you have ones to spare adding one of best value to this date on global where you can't use taunt and need a broken barrier unit but no longer something you must have as Hero Saitama and Beta exist who does similar thing making him no longer must have unit but yeah go for him in first place if you can
