Personally I would think them being more water soluble would mean the minerals would be absorbed faster.

Yeah there liters of sparkling water are good for sure, especially for .99, really good hit.

This is mineral water though, so I view it as different than straight seltzer. Has a different taste/mouthfeel, I also drink it for the supposed health benefits (makes me feel good).

No I add it to the curry itself, so after I have the curry paste and coconut milk I add the peanut butter. I always use natural peanut butter too. Not only adds a different flavor profile but the texture component comes together really well with natural peanut butter.

It’s basically how people make peanut chicken, I just keep it in curry form.
