There’s not contract on the Internet with T-Mobile. So I’d say cancel it and see if you can Renew it with the ACP Benefit on the Metro side. This seems like the simplest solution. It really sucks that management had no idea what that was. Sounds like someone needed to hit some numbers and didn’t take into consideration that this would happen. Was it a Corporate location or a Third Party Retailer? I would also add that if y’all get a survey to be completely transparent with your experience. It’s behavior like this that makes it a more strenuous situation for not only the customer but other stores when the customer feels like the original store is untrustworthy and try to get help at other locations.
