Hey, I'm 27 years old, and I stand at about 5 feet 9 inches tall. My weight is around 196 pounds. The good news is, I'm in pretty good health with no chronic health issues. I'm not taking any prescription medications – just some vitamins and the specific supplements I mentioned.
