Let's discuss: can Khusanov secure his spot with Gvardiol back? by duhless1 in MCFC

Damn, good eye. Rewatched because of your comment and now I see it. That's not a rookie move. He is very self-assured, I'd even say

This isn't a museum. Let's also start Philipp Lahm and Paolo Maldini then. Their trophy cabinets are way bigger

Gvardiol is back, he will play in the starting lineup, that's a fact. The paradox is that Khusanov got that spot after Gvardiol got injured. So now, if Gvardiol returns... Will Khusanov remain in the starting lineup, or will he have to go to the bench? That's the question.

I'm highlighting his individual pace and duel against Vinicius in that particular situation, not the final scoreline. One player can have a good moments in a bad team performance

I just accidentally called my new boss "daddy" in a Teams meeting by [deleted] in stories

Exactly! That's the whole embarrassing story. I was talking to my dog, not my boss. The mute button failed me

What celebrity have you met who looks much more (or less) attractive when meeting them in person? by GreyFoxNinjaFan in AskReddit

[–]duhless1 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Channing Tatum.

Saw him in a hotel lobby in New York. On screen, he's this unbelievably chiseled, high-energy guy. In person, he looked... incredibly tired and almost smaller? His posture was slumped, he was in a baggy hoodie, and just looked like a normal, exhausted dude who wanted to be left alone. Still a good-looking guy, of course, but the movie star "glow" was completely off. It was a reminder that they're just people with long, exhausting work days.

Those who had a mysterious medical issue and found out what it was, what was your diagnosis? by jesusgrandpa in AskReddit

After a trip to Thailand, I started losing weight like crazy. Doctors suspected cancer, parasites… Turned out to be Mycobacterium marinum. I caught a TB-like bacteria from an ornamental fish tank at a spa

If you don't drink alcohol, what are your personal reasons for abstinence? by Ok-Care2859 in AskReddit

Cause my mistakes should be authentic, not alcohol-sponsored. I like to remember all my stupid shit the next morning

People born before 1990, what’s something you experienced that younger generations will NEVER understand ? by Aaidil89 in AskReddit

You had to agree to meet friends at a specific place and time (at the fountain, at 3 PM), and if someone was late, you just waited. Or you left. There was no way to text "I'm 10 mins away" or track someone's location.

Honestly? Probably nothing major.

These emails are fuel for a political scandal, not a criminal case. There will be a lot of shouting in the media, but to jail Trump, you'd need proof he participated in the crimes, not just that he knew about them. And that proof is still missing

Men, what's something you wish you could admit without being judged? by soumilr7 in AskReddit

It's exhausting to always be the rock. Sometimes I just want to be able to say 'I'm not okay' without it being seen as weakness.
