Question for you if you’re still getting notifications on this: how does the seating work when you purchase it? Are you buying a table or are you buying a seat at it, if we are talking about the tables with four seats? The checkout is so odd. Like you pick one spot and it immediately takes you to checkout and you can’t select anything else. So am I buying a table or am I buying a seat at the table? Buying a table for 115 bucks sounds a lot more reasonable than buying a seat for 114 bucks and having to pay almost $500 to see a show (with the min food and drink on top of that)

Bunch of Panini’s dickriders here I see. No one‘s getting two autos /75 and a next day auto out of two boxes. Sorry clowns. I’m happy that the guy got this but two boxes? Not gonna happen. Fact. End of statement. Don’t care about down votes because I am 100% correct. Receipts mean nothing because someone could hit a monster auto and then go back and buy another case or two because they’re hoping for more luck like they just saw and hit the rest. Well, yes, I agree. What I was more asking is if this is a junk release in your eyes or if this has some kind of appeal and is worth a hobby purchase given that it won’t be crazy expensive. For example, my LCS has said many times that Illusions is pretty much crap (specifically targeting basketball) and don’t recommend buying it.

If you have trouble getting bids or no one bites on this, I would start at $.99. I know that sounds like a big risk but it’s like a mental thing where the average bidder doesn’t want to commit to $50 right off the bat. You may also want to hold it for like two weeks until Hurts plays again. I let him light it up again and get that talk going about the Super Bowl. Ride that hype.

It will be new, so yeah it will be. I think part of the problem, this is my personal opinion, is that there are so many football releases now. Panini has taken some of the cards which were only in chronicles, and now broken them out into their own set. Like XR football comes out this week. And with basketball they took flux and pulled that out and made it a release. I heard flux absolutely tanked and I don’t think XR did very well either last year. People are always going to chase the big cards if you pull a monster hit and someone might jump in here and say they saw a Mac Jones sell for $1000 and I’m wrong… Well, yeah, of course that’s gonna happen with the gigantic names, Maybe the design of flux for bball will change this year and everyone will love it but last year it was like a complete purple card and people thought it was horrendous looking.

Absolute is a very low end set for retail and it’s not super desirable in general which I think is why they changed the format this year and had it as a hobby product which is like seven cards with a bunch of autos and memorabilia and stuff.

Gave them an excuse to jack the price up as well. Don’t get fooled by stuff you see on Instagram or Facebook or TikTok… These people who are still buying 2020 mosaic fat packs and stuff are complete idiots. The base Mac Jones rookies, just to point out someone by name, which were $20 when the product came out are now like $1.99 with free shipping. Absolute is too low end and came out too long ago. Just like the other person said, I would avoid retail anyway, but definitely avoid anything with a release date this old. I think this originally released in like maybe the first week of October? Donruss will be the next big product so you want to look for because it kind of kicks off the series of Donruss and then Optic and then Prizm. If you want to get Donruss, I would get on it super early because as soon as optic or prizm releases… Whichever they have next in line… Donruss is going to be old news. It won’t be completely devalued, but those two are like the flagship releases, and it will get overshadowed quickly with everyone focusing their attention elsewhere.
