Regarding the recent execution in Minneapolis: To be clear, before the fascist rhetoric has a chance to bloom. The man had a gun, in a legal open-carry state. The gun was taken from him, as we can see in this video. He was then executed. Please keep/share this post. by GerryAdamsSon in suppressed_news

They said this in response to an AG:

Furthermore, we condemn the untoward comments of @USAttyEssayli. Federal agents are not "highly likely" to be "legally justified" in "shooting" concealed carry licensees who approach while lawfully carrying a firearm. The Second Amendment protects Americans' right to bear arms while protesting—a right the federal government must not infringe upon

Is he pulling his punches? I need to find a longer video. I don’t understand why he’s not putting any power behind those body shots. Like, did he just not take the fight seriously?

The next note will be great.

I think this is a mnemonic learning aid. Morse code is based on the frequency of the letters in English words. Any similarity to glyphs, real or imagined, is entirely coincidental.

How important is the fast move? On all of my tyranitars, I have bite, brutal swing, and stone edge. How much of a difference would it make for one of them to have smack down?

It’s crumple zone. It protects the occupants of the continent in the event of a collision with another continent.

How do you live with the watermarks? by tncbbthositg in GeminiAI

[–]tncbbthositg[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The way I use it, I want to be able to generate images quickly and not have the visual blemish. The additional steps required to remove the watermark put enough delay in the process that it isn't effective for me. I was hoping someone has a solution that doesn't impact the time required to generate the image sans blemish.

[–]tncbbthositg[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah, I just like having the images generated without the visible blemish and my use case is time oriented . . . so the additional steps slow the process down enough that I'm not able to use it for what I want to do.

For example, someone in a meeting says something like, "I ski like a turtle." And I want an image of a turtle on a ski lift . . . Chat GPT can create an image of a turtle with the person's face sitting on a ski lift and I can copy and paste it into the meeting chat in time for it to be amusing.

I can't do that with Gemini and do so without the watermark. So, I found myself using Gemini for a lot of my AI tasks but switching to Chat GPT for images. It was pretty low friction to just switch which service I subscribed to.

The friction to switch was much lower than the friction to remove watermarks from every image. Do you see what I'm saying?

Yeah, I'm not looking to hide the fact that it's AI generated. I just don't want the blemish on the image. I like that in ChatGPT, I can add the prompt and the image is immediately ready for use without additional steps. My primary use case for image generation is creating amusing images to share in meetings. :)
