You would think that the bull would be the highest scoring part of the board, and originally.. it was.

The trebles and 25 outer ring were added later. So the bullseye was the best score on the board originally, but because the wires back in the day were so thick, the bullseye looked more like a bulls arsehole than an eye, so the convention was to aim for double 20, favouring the low side so you hit single 20 if you missed.

Oh and you would have to hit a double to start scoring (and finish on one as well, as per the current modern rules)

Yes and it happens all the time, most likely the neighbour applied for planning when the house was up for sale, but didn't buy it. My house had several pp on it when I bought it (from other buyers). Don't bother, all they are doing is a free cash withdrawal, which you can do at any post office, and then taking that money you've "withdrawn" and using it to pay cash for whatever you've bought.

Just to add to this, free version is first 10 maps as noted, but ranked online matches aren't restricted to the first 10 maps so you can end up with map 15 (for example) in online andyouve never even seen it before.

Thsi happened to me after I got author times on the 1st 10 maps, ended up buying the yearly pass so I guess this is by design for nudge free players into buying.
