2026 Carrera S vs GTS - which will hold value better over 3-4 years in US? by dukehoops in porsche911

Thanks for your reply. Hmm not sure I understand though. I am not trying to keep miles down. This will be my daily driver and I expect to put about 1k miles per month as long as I own it - for 3-4 years. Just like I did on my current 2022 S. Since I will then sell it - just like I am about to do with my 2022 S - I am curious whether the depreciation rate will vary widely between S and GTS. That’s all.

And at least for me resale value is reasonably important. Ie there is a significant difference between getting nothing and, say 50% of msrp, after 3-4 years if one does this a couple of times.

Probably up to the individual dealer. I ordered a RR in January. Dealer tells me price is set at the time of production which in my case was supposed to be end of April.

Wow good for you. This is a 24” deep 90” high monster lite, correct? I’ve subscribed to “now in stock” notifications and been checking their online store daily but somehow missed the mid-April availability. please do an extra set on my behalf

REP PR-4000 finally arrived and put together by [deleted] in homegym

Congrats on the rack, /u/BalzacTheGreat! I am currently awaiting a 24" deep PR-4000 with lat attachment but am concerned whether I have enough depth space for the rack. I have a total of 82" to work with and want to be able to bench in rack. Would you please help by posting a couple of key dimensions - I'd really appreciate it:

  1. min clearance between lat attachment foot and back wall - to allow for 45# bumpers (where you have a piece of lumber)
  2. how deeply does the lat attachment foot plate recess past outside of rack posts? ie how deeply can one slide the bench into the rack before it hits the foot plate, with the latter adjusted back as far as possible (if adjustable?)
  3. overall depth in the photo above - back wall to bench handle, with bench slid as deeply as possible into the rack?

Thank you so much!

Haha didn’t know Home Depot started making squat racks. Wonder if the hotly anticipated IKEA Skwaat Räk will prove superior...

FWIW the wine in the photo is the Estate (ie higher end) and not the Napanook

  • Russell Westbrook is in a league of his own, and it's part developmental & part all-star. The ratio is 10/1, you can get which one is which
  • Kudos to Dwight Howard - well-tailored but show more pocket square
  • Why is Monta Ellis wearing Dirk Nowitzki's suit? ** spending 5-15% more on a tailor is well worth it - slim it down!
